White Clam Sauce on red Bell Pepper
List of Ingredients
- olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 26.5 oz cans clams, chopped
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 lb cooked red bell pepper linguine
- parmesan, grated
Instructions
- Saute garlic in olive oil.
- Add clams (juice and all), wine and parsley. Simmer over very low heat until clams are heated through.
- Pour entire mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grate parmesan if desired. Garnish with a few cooked fresh clams if desired.
