    White Clam Sauce on red Bell Pepper


    List of Ingredients


    • olive oil
    • 8 cloves garlic, minced
    • 26.5 oz cans clams, chopped
    • 2 cups dry white wine
    • 1 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
    • 1 lb cooked red bell pepper linguine
    • parmesan, grated


    Instructions


    1. Saute garlic in olive oil.
    2. Add clams (juice and all), wine and parsley. Simmer over very low heat until clams are heated through.
    3. Pour entire mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grate parmesan if desired. Garnish with a few cooked fresh clams if desired.
