These are delicious, make up to 8 balls and can be frozen for up to a month. Thanks Kacey!
List of Ingredients
- 4 LARGE PACKAGES CREAM CHEESE
- 2 WISPRIDE CHEDDAR (COMES IN A CUP THE SIZE OF SMALL SOUR CREAM), or sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 SMALL PKGS BLEU CHEESE
- 2 STICKS BUTTER (DON'T SUBSTITUE MARGARINE)
- 2 TSPS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 2 TABLESPOONS GRATED ONION
- 2 PINCHES GARLIC SALT
- CHOPPED PECANS. (chop small or put in food processer for a second or two.)
- PECANS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT YOU WILL NEED THEM, SO INDULGE!
Instructions
- SOFTEN ALL INGREDIENTS.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND PUT IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT.
THE NEXT DAY, SOFTEN AGAIN, MIX THOROUGLY AGAIN, AND SHAPE INTO BALLS.
I USUALLY GET 8 FROM THIS RECIPE.
ROLL IN PECANS AND PUT IN REFRIGERATOR TO HARDEN..THEN CAN BE FROZEN FOR A MONTH..
SIMPLY DELICIOUS!
