Carrot, Tomato & Cheese Risotto

A fantastic way to add texture to your baby's meals. This a such an easy and nutritional dish that your baby is sure to love!
List of Ingredients
60g Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 medium Tomatoes, skinned & chopped
30g Onion, chopped
20g Butter, & a little extra for sauting the onions
100g Long Grain Rice
150g Carrots, peeled & sliced
300mls Boiling WaterRecipe
Saute the onions, then stir in the rice until well coated. Next add the carrot. Add the water & return to the boil.
Cover & let simmer until the rice & carrots are well cooked.
Saute the tomatoes in the remaining butter until soft. Add the cheese & stir until melted.
Drain any excess water from the rice & carrots. Add the tomato & cheese mixture.
Makes approx 4 servings.
