60g Buter
1/2 cup Raw Sugar
1 Egg
1 tspn Vanilla
45g Walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup Sultanas
1/4 cup Dried Apricots, chopped
1/4 cup Plain White Flour
1/4 cup Wholemeal SR Flour
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbspn WheatgermRecipe
Cream together butter, sugar and egg, beating well until light. Add the vanilla, walnuts, sultanas and apricots. Combine flours, oats and wheatgerm and stir into creamed mixture.
Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a lightly greased tray.
Bake in moderate oven, 180C for 12 - 15 minutes.
Carefully remove buscuits and cool on a wire rack
Makes approx 3 dozen.
