    List of Ingredients




    120g Butter, softened
    1 cup Sugar
    2 Tbns Lemon Juice
    2 cup Flour

    Recipe



    Cream the butter, sugar & lemon juice together, slowly stirring in the flour.
    Drop by teaspoonfulls onto a baking tray & bake for 15 mins at 180C.
