    List of Ingredients




    2 cups (120g) Unprocessed Wheat Bran
    1 cup (160g) Wholemeal Plain Flour
    2 tbspn Raw Sugar
    125g Butter, chopped
    2 Eggs, lightly beaten

    Recipe



    Combine bran, sifted flour & sugar in a medium bowl; rub in butter.

    Add eggs; mix into a soft dough. Knead dough gently on lightly floured surface until smooth.

    Divide dough in half. Press each half of dough over bases of greased 26cm x 32cm Swiss roll pans.Mark dough into squares; prick with fork.

    Bake in a moderate oven (180c)for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut biscuits where marked. Cool on wire racks.
