    List of Ingredients




    ¾ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
    ¼ cup lemon juice
    ¼ cup passionfruit pulp
    2 eggs, separated
    18cm prepared pastry flan
    1/3 cup caster sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 180c. Combine milk, juice, pulp & yolks, mix well. Spoon filling into prepared flan. Beat whites until soft peaks form, gradually beat in the sugar, beat until dissolved & mixture is thick. Spoon over filling. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until light golden. Serve warm or cold.
    Serves 4 – 6.
