    2.5 cups SR Flour
    1/2 cup Baking Cocoa
    3/4 cup Sugar
    1 cup Milk Choc Bits
    1 Egg
    1.5 cups Milk
    100g Butter, melted
    200g Dark Chocolate
    1/4 cup Cream

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a 12 hole muffin pan with paper muffin cases.

    Sift flour & cocoa into a bowl, stir in sugar & choc bits.

    Whisk egg & milk together, add to the dry ingredients with butter, mix well.

    Spoon mixture into muffin cases. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until cooked. Remove from oven & cool on a wire rack.

    Combine the dark chocolate & cream in a pan, stir over low heat until melted. Allow to cool, spoon on top of muffins.

    Makes 12
