    500g Dark Cooking Chocolate, chopped
    3/4 cup Cream
    100g Butter, chopped
    1 1/2 tbs Orange-Flavoured liqueur
    1/2 cup Baking Cocoa

    Recipe



    Place the chocolate, cream & butter in a medium saucepan & stir gently until smooth. Stir in the liqueur. Pour into a greased lined 18cm square cake tin. Refridgerate for 5 hours or until firm. Roll teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into balls & dust with the cocoa. The mixture can also be turned out, cut into squares & dusted with cocoa.
    Makes 16.
