Creamy Potato Bake

1kg Potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 x 420g can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 cup Milk
Black Pepper
1/2 cup Fresh or 1/4 cup Dried Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Grated CheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 220C. Lightly grease an 8 cup ovenproof/microwave safe dish.
Evenly layer potatoes in prepared dish. Cover with plasticwrap & microwave for 10 minutes or until potatoes are just tender.
Meanwhile, combine soup, milk and pepper. Pour evenly over the potatoes, gently shaking the dish to allow the mixture to run through the layers.
Combine cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden.
