    Recipe Introduction


    Start early this is not a quick recipe.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 liter of 90 proof alcohol
    • 800 grams of sugar
    • cinnamon
    • 15-20 chrushed hazelnuts
    • 2 cloves


    Instructions


    1. Add crushed hazelnuts to alcohol and let sit at room temperature for 2 months, shaking every week.
    2. Filter ingredients after the 2 months.
    3. Melt sugar with half cup of water.
    4. Mix together filtered mixture,sugar and water, 2 cloves and a small 1/2 inch piece of cinnamon.
    5. Mix well and let stand near a window where the sun can shine on it for 15 days.
    6. Filter ingredients once more and let stand for 3 months prior to drinking.
