    This recipe is light and fluffy and could be considered dessert, but goes great with chili.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
    1 small can creamed corn
    3/4 c sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup milk (if needed)

    Recipe



    Melt 1 stick of butter in the bottom of oven proof pan at 350 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients and pour mixture into pan on top of the melted butter.

    Bake 25-30 min at 375 degrees.
