This cake is so light and yummy


List of Ingredients




3 eggs separated
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup soften butter
3 tablespoons corn starch
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe



Separate eggs, set egg whites aside

beat egg yolks with evaporated milk until light yellow,
add vanilla and butter
add flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt

Whip egg whites to medium stiff peaks, add to the egg yolk mixture slowly folding in

cut wax paper circle for cake pan, lightly oil the pan put the wax paper circle in

pour batter into pan, cover with foil.

steam for 45 minutes.
