Recipe Introduction


I used a basic recipe for truffles and added Min extract until I got it right.


List of Ingredients




1 Pound shaved chocolate (giradelle)
1 16oz bag of nestlles chocolate chips
1/2 cup Crisco
3-4 Drops mint extract

Recipe



Melt chocolates together; add Crisco and mint Extract
Set pan in cold water, beat with wooden poon until thick about (5-10)minutes.
Put was paper on the bottom of a 9X9 pan, set in fridge, or can be rolled into ball and roll in cocoa.
