Saw it in a fancy dessert brochure figured I could do one just like it.


Recipe Introduction


This was in a fancy dessert brochure and I knew that I could copy it. It turned out pretty good if I do say so.


List of Ingredients




1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 lb. white almond bark
1 –1 / 2c. crisp rice cereal
1-1 / 2c. peanuts or halved pecans or walnuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) red maraschino cherries, cut in half
2 Tbsp. green maraschino cherries, quartered
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. oil




Recipe



Melt chocolate pieces and 14 ounces almond bark over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and nuts. Add marshmallows. Mix well. Pour into greased 12-inch pizza pan. Top with cherries, sprinkle with coconut. Melt remaining almond bark with oil over low heat, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over coconut. Chill until firm. Store at room temperature. Makes 20 servings.
