    Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

    My friend made this salad for her birthday party at our pool night.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound Macaroni
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    2 carrots shredded
    1/4 cup onion shredded (optional)
    2 1/2 cups Mayo (Best Foods) do not substitute
    1/4 cup milk
    2 teaspoons sugar
    kosher salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain well and place in large bowl.

    Sprinkle vinegar while still hot, add carrot and onion. Toss together until well combine.

    Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or until cooled.

    Whisk together Mayo, milk and sugar until well combined.

    Fold mayo mixture into macaroni until evenly coated.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

    Gently stir before serving adding a tablespoon or two of extra milk if needed to make creamy.
