    Stuffed Green Peppers

    (*Please be advised that these are just estimates as I do not use measurements when I cook unless I am cooking with my kids*)


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 washed and hollowed out green peppers
    • 2 lbs hamburg, cooked and drained
    • onion
    • 4-6 servings of white rice that has been cooked
    • 16 oz can of tomato paste
    • 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
    • Shredded Cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put your hallowed out green peppers into a baking pan with sides. Mix the remaining ingredients together and put inside of each of the green peppers. Cook for 30 min. (You do not need to put water in the bottom of the pan, I don't. But, if you would like you can put some water in the bottom of the pan while it is cooking) Top with shredded cheese and allow to bake for 5 more minutes.
