    3 8oz. cream cheese
    1/1/2 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 teas. vanilla.

    topping
    16 ozs sour cream
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 teas. vanilla
    spread on top of cheese cake and return to oven
    for about 5 min, to set.
    let cool and then refrig.

    make crust with several graham crackers and butter
    line pan with graham crackers press in the pie tin, [deep one is nice.]
    put chesse mixture in the crust, put in oven and bake untill knife comes out clean
    spread topping on top of cheese cake and return to oven
    for about 5 min, to set.
    let cool and then refrig.
