    THIS DISH CAN BECOME A COMPLETE MEAL BY ADDING A LITTLE MEAT.SERVE EGG ROLES ON THE SIDE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 11/2C. RICE
    • 2T.BUTTER
    • 2C. BOILING STOCK(CHICKEN,VEGETABLE OR BEEF)
    • 1/2C.CARROT-DICED
    • 1/2C. CELERY-DICED
    • 1/2C. ONION-DICED
    • 1/2C.PARSLEY(2T.DRIED)
    • PEPPER-TO TASTE


    Instructions


    1. COOK RICE IN BUTTER UNTIL TRANSPARENT.PUT RICE IN CASSEROLE DISH,POUR STOCK OVER RICE.COVER & BAKE (350)FOR 45 MINUTES. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS & 1/4C. SOY SAUCE.BAKE UNCOVERED 15-20 MINUTES.
