List of Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
10 ounce pkg of chocolate mini kisses (or large kisses)
Recipe
Beat shotening and peanut butter together, add sugars and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla beat until well blended.
Mix all dry ingredients, gradually untill all is blended in. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, roll each ball in ganulated sugar.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Immediately after removing from oven, place 3 mini kisses (or one large kiss)on each one pressing down slightly. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
