    This is one of my favorite cakes!!

    List of Ingredients




    1 white cake mix
    Frosting:
    8 oz. tub sour cream
    Small cool whip
    1/4 cup sugar or splenda
    1 bag coconut

    Recipe



    Bake cake according to package directions. Cool completely.
    Mix ingredients for frosting until sugar or splenda is dissolved. Spread frosting over cooled cake. Keep refrigerated. Makes 2 rounds or 1 9 x 13 sheet cake.
