    Linda's Spinach Olive Dip

    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 16 oz. pkg. sour cream
    1 1.8 oz. box dry leek soup mix
    20 green olives chopped fine
    1/2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 1 lb. loaf round, sourdough bread

    Recipe



    In a med. bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, olives and chopped spinach.

    Chill in the refrigerator 6 hrs., or overnight.

    Remove top and interior of sourdough bread.

    Fill with spinach mixture.

    Tear removed bread chunks into pieces for dipping, or you
    can use bagel chips or pita chips, to dip.
