    Sue's Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 green onions, sliced thin
    1 egg, or 2 egg whites
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 cabbage, cored
    2 c. homemade tomato or spaghetti sauce

    Recipe



    Put cabbage in hot water and boil for a few mins.

    Separate leaves.

    Make your rolls with meat and rice mixture inside the cabbage. Roll up, and fasten with toothpick.

    Pour sauce over rolls, and bake on med. heat, for 1 1/2-2 hrs, until done.

    Top them with your favorite cheese and sour cream before serving.
