Linda's Strawberry "Philly" Pie

Recipe Introduction

This is the first dessert I learned how to make in my high school cooking class. It is WONDERFUL!!!

List of Ingredients

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 9" pastry shell
1 12 oz. jar Kraft pure strawberry preserves
whipped cream



Recipe

Combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended.

Gradually stir in eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into pastry shell.

Bake at 350 for 25 mins. Cool.

Top entire pie with preserves, and put whipped cream swirled around the edge of the pie crust to decorate.
