    Aunt Gerry's Peanut Butter Fudge

    This fudge is wonderful...Nice and creamy. I sometimes use chunky peanut butter in place of the plain peanut butter. This is a family favorite for sure!

    List of Ingredients

    2 c. sugar
    2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. peanut butter
    2 c. marshmallow fluff
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 T. butter or margarine
    1 c. walnuts, chopped

    Recipe

    In a heavy cast iron pan, bring to a boil sugar, brown sugar and milk, and boil for 5 mins.

    Take off the stove and add the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, vanilla and butter/margarine, and walnuts.

    Stir well and put in buttered pans. It takes 2 fairly good sized pans.

    Let cool and then with a sharp knife, cut into 2" squares. Store in a plastic container. These can be refrigerated.
