Buddy's Red Cabbage Casserole

1 med. red cabbage, shredded
1 small onion chopped
3 med. apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 T. brown sugar
black pepper
2 T. butter




Recipe

Grease a lg. casserole dish.

Combine all the ingredients except butter. Place in casserole. Dot with butter.

Cover, and bake for 2 hrs., at 300.
