Di's Basic Italian Salad Dressing
This dressing is great for turning a simple salad of mixed greens
into a scrumptious salad.
6 T. olive oil
2 T. white wine vinegar
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 T. fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
pinch dried oregano
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk to blend.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes about 1/2 c.
