Butterfinger Cookies

Couldn't have a recipe collection without my favorite candy bar cookies. Try these, you won't be disappointed!
List of Ingredients
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 lg. egg whites
1 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
5 (2 1/8 oz.) Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
Add egg whites. Beat well.
Blend in peanut butter and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture, and mix well.
Stir in candy bars.
Shape into 1 1/2" balls, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350, for 10-12 mins., or until cookies just start to turn
brown.
Do not over bake!
Let sit on cookie sheet for a few mins., before transfering to a wire
rack.
Cool completely.
Makes 48 cookies
