    Linda's Date Cookies

    Beat together:

    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar

    Set aside.

    Sift:

    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    few grains salt

    Add to egg mixture, and mix well.

    Add:

    1 c. dates, cut fine
    1 c. walnuts, chopped

    Butter cookie sheet.

    Spoon batter by the spoonfuls, onto cookie sheet.

    Bake for 10 mins., in a 350 oven.
