    This has been a family favorite of mine for many years.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. soft butter
    1/2 c. sifted confectioner's sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly.

    Blend in flour and salt and stir in nuts and chill.

    Heat oven to 400.

    Roll into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins.

    While warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool. Roll in the
    confectioners sugar again.

    Makes 4 dozen 1" cookies.
