    Linda's Oven Fried Lemon Pepper Perch Fillets

    2 lg. perch fillets
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
    1/3 c. plain bread crumbs
    4 T. olive oil
    lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 lemon
    salt and pepper, to taste


    Recipe




    Spray the fillets with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray on both sides.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs lightly over fillets on both sides.

    Drizzle 1 T. olive oil on bottom and tops of each fillet. Place on a cookie sheet.

    Sprinkle on both sides with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Bake at 350, for 20-25 mins.

    Before serving squeeze as much lemon as you like over the top.

    Serve.

    Makes 2 servings
