    I've had alot of different kinds of macaroni and cheese, and this is my favorite one...Enjoy!!! It's creamy and gooey and delish!

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. macaroni
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick), melted
    1 tsp. Louisiana or Crystal hot sauce, (Not Tabasco). This just adds flavor, and does not make it hot in flavor.
    1/2 tsp. salt





    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.

    Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions.

    Spray 9x13" pan with pam cooking spray.

    Mix macaroni, soups, milk, eggs and melted margarine, hot sauce, salt, and pour into pan. It should be soupy when you pour it in.

    Cook at 350 for approximately 1 hr.

    Macaroni is done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
