    Sue's Chili Cheese Bubble Up Pizza

    List of Ingredients

    5 cans buttermilk biscuits cut into quarters
    5-7 c. chili (up to you if you like it saucier or dryer)
    1 lb chorizo, or any bulk sausage of your choice, optional
    1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Monterey Jack, or pepper jack cheese

    Recipe

    Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-spray cooking spray.

    In a lg. mixing bowl, pour the chili, add the browned chorizo, 1 c. of the cheddar and 1/2 c. of the Pepper Jack cheese, jalapenos, and biscuit quarters. Mix well.

    Pour into the greased baking dish, and top with remaining cheese.

    Bake for 35 mins., in a preheated oven, at 375.

    I thought it a little dry with the 5 cups chili. You may want to add more if you like it a little saucier.

    Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, green onions, black olives, and more jalapenos if you like.
