    My favorite is a Bogeys Hogie. Wowzer!! VERY good.

    List of Ingredients




    1 6 oz. chicken breast, pounded thin, sprinkled with lemon
    pepper, and seasoned salt, grilled until done
    2 oz. mushrooms
    2 oz. Provolone cheese slice
    2 strips bacon, cooked crisp

    Recipe



    Grill chicken until done, then add mushrooms, and cooked bacon, top with cheese, and melt.

    Dress a grilled Kaiser bun with Lemon Pepper Slaw, below, and a little Honey mustard.

    Lemon Pepper Slaw

    1 c. shredded lettuce
    2 T. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. coarsely cracked black pepper
    1/2 tsp. lemon zest

    Mix all together. Add some to kaiser roll, and top the chicken with the melted cheese, and other toppings, and a little Honey mustard.
