    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 pound pepperoni
    1 pound Velveeta cheese
    1 hot pepper
    1 jar chili sauce

    Grind pepperoni and cheese together; grind up hot pepper. Mix altogether with chili sauce.
    Chill and serve on crackers or with tortilla chips. Also good with raw veggies.

    Serves 6-8
