Cheesy Bacon and Brown Sugar Crackers

1 box Town House Crackers (96 crackers)
24 slices bacon, cut in half
1 (8-oz) block cheddar cheese, cut into 48 slices
1/2 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 250. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a cooling rack on top.
Place one cheese slice on top of cracker. Top with another cracker.
Wrap each cheese stuffed cracker stack in a half slice of bacon and place it on the rack.
Repeat with remaining crackers and cheese.
Sprinkle all crackers with brown sugar.
Bake for 2 hours or until bacon is crispy.
