Potato,Sausage, Mushroom Fried Breakfast

This is a breakfast hash.
List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 large red potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
4 ounces sliced white mushrooms, halved
2 large sausages, casings removed, halved and sliced (I used Gold N Plump Hickory Smoked Apple Chicken Sausages)
1 teaspoon garlic salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
black pepper, to taste
Add olive oil and butter to a large skillet over medium high heat.
Once butter is melted, add potatoes, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and sausage.
Season with salt, parsley and pepper.
Cook, stirring frequently about 6-8 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, stirring frequently until browned and potatoes are cooked through, about another 6-8 minutes.
Serve with an over easy egg on top of hash, or scrambled eggs on the side.
