    CANNED HOT PEPPERS:

    2-6 oz tomato paste
    2-6 oz water
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 C sugar
    4 C. oil
    2 C. vinegar
    8 pounds hot peppers

    Mix ingredients & bring to a boil. Add peppers & boil 5 minutes. Pack into jars and cold pack (boiling water bath) 20 minutes.
