    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    8 eggs
    8 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice

    Beat eggs; mix sugar, lemon juice and baking powder. Add butter, then add flour, as much as needed. Work with hands. Let stand for 15 minutes; then bake cookies 12 to 15 minutes at 375 F.

    Note: This is an old Italian recipe given to me by a friend. They form the dough into shapes and then bake.
