    List of Ingredients

    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    2 T caramel sauce (store bought is fine)
    1 cup powdered sugar
    Mix peanut butter with caramel sauce, add powdered sugar, and mix until smooth. Shape into 1-inch balls. Freeze.
    Cookie Dough:
    12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
    2 T. butter
    2 T. caramel sauce
    1 cup sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups flour
    1/4 tsp. salt


    Melt bittersweet chocolate and butter in microwave at 50% power until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth. In a mixing bowl, add caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk to chocolate mixture and beat on low speed until incorporated.
    Sift flour and salt, and add to mixture. Mix on low speed. Dough will be firm.

    Break off pieces of the cookie dough and wrap around the frozen peanut butter filling. Make sure the filling is well sealed within the dough. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Time varies based on size and accuracy of oven temperature. Let cool, roll in powdered sugar.
