    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    36 Ritz crackers* -- crushed
    1 stick margarine -- melted
    Powdered sugar -- optional
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream -- softened
    2 packages instant coconut cream pudding mix
    (6-oz.ea.)
    Cool Whip

    Make either a Ritz* or graham cracker crust, using melted margarine and can also add alittle powdered sugar to sweeten if desired. (Or can also use crushed Oreos). Press into a 9x13-inch pan.
    Soften the ice cream and mix the pudding (dry) into it. Pour over crust. Spread with Cool Whip and freeze. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
