    Fat-Free Strawberry Ice

    4 cups strawberry halves (2 pints)
    1 bag miniature marshmallows (10-1/2 ounces)
    1 tablespoon milk
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

    Place strawberries in blender or food processor, fitted with steel blade. Cover; blend until smooth. Microwave marshmallows and milk in large mixing bowl on High for 1-2 minutes until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. Gradually add strawberries to marshmallow mixture, beating well. Blend in juice and zest. Pour into a 9-inch pan and freeze for 2 hours.

    Chop coarsely and spoon into mixing bowl; beat with mixer until smooth. Freeze 4-6 hours longer.

    Serves 4
