    Very good! I used half peaches and half nectarines.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups chopped ripe peaches, unpeeled
    1 cup sugar, divided
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or more
    1/2 cup butter
    4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 egg
    1 cup Bisquick baking mix

    Recipe



    Place peaches in bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the peaches.
    Melt butter slightly and mix in cream cheese, vanilla, and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar. Beat in egg and then Bisquick.
    Scoop mixture on top of peaches and spread evenly (doesn't have to be completely covered). Bake in a 350 F. oven for about 40 minutes until top is golden.
    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

    Yield: 8 servings
