    Knox Delicious No-Bake Cookie Crumble Cheesecake

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
    1/4 cup cold milk
    1 cup milk (heated to boiling)
    2 packages cream cheese (8-ounce each) -- softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
    1 9 inch graham cracker crust
    1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (or other cookies)

    In blender, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients and process until well blended. Arrange chocolate chips in bottom of pie crust; pour in gelatin mixture.
    Sprinkle with crushed cookies and chill until firm, about 2 hours.

    Serves 10
