Peggy's Pineapple Dessert
1 Pkg Lorna Doones
16 oz. Sour Cream
16 oz Cool Whip
2 small boxes of Vanilla Instant Pudding
20 oz. can Pineapple W/ Juice
Layer Lorna Doones on bottom of 9x13x2" pan. Save a few for crumb topping.Mix all other ingredients and spread on cookie layer. Sprinkle crushed cookies on top.
Notes: I usually don't use all the Cool Whip. I did this time tho. I like a little density. It's too fluffy for me when I use all of it. It's so good and so easy to make.
