    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1-1/2 pounds beef round steak, cut into 6 pieces
    1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 celery rib, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2 (8-ounce each) tomato sauce


    In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the steak; seal bag and shake to coat.

    Place onion in greased 3-quart slow cooker. Top with steak, celery, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.

    Note: You can flour and season the steaks ahead, and refrigerate overnight. Then finish the recipe the next morning. Fast and easy!

    Makes 6 servings
