    Pizza Rolls

    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    3/4 c. pizza sauce
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 oz. sliced Pepperoni, chopped (can use veggies or other meat)
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives (optional)

    1. On a lightly floured board, roll dough out to a 12-inch square.

    2. Spread pizza sauce over dough and layer with remaining ingredients.

    3. Roll dough up tightly in jellyroll fashion; pinch along edge to
    seal.

    4. Using a sharp knife, cut roll into 12 equal pieces. Place pieces
    in cups of greased muffin pan, swirl side up.

    5. Let rise until double in size.

    6. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until
    golden brown. Remove from pan immediately to cool on wire rack.

    Makes 12 servings

    Nutritional info. per serving: 210 calories, 22 g carbs, 20 mg
    cholesterol, 10 g fat, 10 g protein, 570m mg sodium (this is with
    using the pepperoni).
