    BLT SALAD

    1 lb bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
    ½ c sour cream
    ½ c mayonnaise
    ½ package ranch style dressing mix
    1 bag prewashed lettuce
    2-3 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
    Italian croutons

    Directions: Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix; stir to mix. In a large bowl or rectangular glass dish sprinkle lettuce pieces, top with bacon, then tomatoes. Spread dressing on top of salad and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with Italian croutons. Yield: 4-6 servings.
