3 cups cabbage -- shredded
2 cups carrots -- shredded
1/3 cup olive oil -- or more if needed
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (like Old Bay)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
In a bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
