    Cole Slaw Dressing

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    4 tablespoons sugar
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    3/4 teaspoon paprika
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped onion
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped green pepper
    9 tablespoons cream (sweet or sour)
    3 tablespoons mild vinegar (up to 6 tablespoons)
    1 Pinch cayenne

    Add cream to dry ingredients, then vinegar gradually. Beat until thickened. Add onion and green pepper and serve on shredded cabbage or leaf lettuce. May also be heated (gently) and served on hot steamed cabbage.
